POP-UP SHOOT THEME: NEWSPAPER

Each year I ask my Mod Squad to be involved with coming up with the pop-up themes. This was one of Mallory's ideas. She shared an inspirational image with us in our group chat and everyone LOVED it! Then a bunch of the girls helped me put the backdrop together. This was like a 2-hour process, haha! It was also hard to find newspapers. They are not everywhere like they used to be. For the colored light, I borrowed my studio mate's, Stefanie Miller's, gels and light to create the effect. Then I suggested that the girls should wear super cute outfits. This was an amazing turnout!  

Pop-up shoots are monthly themed shoots planned by Tosha and the members of the Mod Squad. There are 12 shoots only available to the Tosha Cole Photography Mod Squad. Each model pulls together their own outfit and does their own hair and makeup. Pop-up shoots are a great way for the models to show off their personal style while also being challenged to step outside their comfort zone.
